John Woodward 
John was born about 1700. John's father was Richard Woodward and his mother was Esther Davis. His paternal grandparents were Richard Woodward and Jane Petty Nayle. He had two brothers and a sister, named Richard, William and Esther. He was the second youngest of the four children. He had six half-brothers and eleven half-sisters, named Henry, John, Richard, Thomas, William, James, Mary, Alice, Deborah, Susanna, Deborah, Sarah, Jane, Elizabeth, Hannah, Mary and Grace. He died after 1750 in West Bradford, Chester County, Pennsylvania.-
