Andrew Jr. Skidmore 
Andrew Jr. was born on March 20th, 1786 in Tygart's Valley, Randolph County, Virginia. Andrew Jr.'s father was Andrew Skidmore and his mother was Margaret Johnson. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Skidmore and Agnes Anne Caldwell; his maternal grandparents were Arthur Johnson and Margaret Phares. He had five brothers and five sisters, named James, Joseph, Jesse, John, Benjamin, Nancy, Mary Jane, Sarah, Eleanor and Rebecca. He was the second oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 84 on April 24th, 1870 in Braxton County, West Virginia. He was buried in Beall's Mill Cemetery, Sutton, West Virginia.General Notes
