Leancy Shaffer

Leancy was born on March 20th, 1904 in Nicholas County, West Virginia. Leancy's father was Christopher Clayton Shaffer and his mother was Dorcas Ann McClung. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Allen Shaffer and Mary Francis McClung. He had five brothers and a sister, named Eddie, Freddie, Charles A., Chester, Alpheus Chester and Mamie Catherine. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 72 on December 15th, 1976 in Nicholas County, West Virginia.
