Chester Shaffer 
Chester was born on November 8th, 1898. Chester's father was Christopher Clayton Shaffer and his mother was Dorcas Ann McClung. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Allen Shaffer and Mary Francis McClung. He had five brothers and a sister, named Eddie, Freddie, Charles A., Alpheus Chester, Leancy and Mamie Catherine. He is the third youngest of the seven children.-
