Jens Olson Qualley 
Jens Olson was born on December 23rd, 1874 in Decorah, Winnesheik County, Iowa. Jens Olson's father was Ole Olson Qualley and his mother was Jensina Halvorsdotter Lee. His paternal grandparents were Ole Olson England and Anna Olsdotter Qualey. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Herman Gustav, Oscar, Melvin Julius, Gillrock A., Dorothea Olsdotter, Elsie Anna, Josephine and Olga. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 57 on April 5th, 1932 in Kindred, Davenport Township, Cass County, North Dakota.-
