Dorothea Olsdotter was born on June 9th, 1881 in Kindred, Davenport Township, Cass County, North Dakota. Dorothea Olsdotter's father was Ole Olson Qualley and her mother was Jensina Halvorsdotter Lee. Her paternal grandparents were Ole Olson England and Anna Olsdotter Qualey. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Jens Olson, Herman Gustav, Oscar, Melvin Julius, Gillrock A., Elsie Anna, Josephine and Olga. She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 78 on May 17th, 1960 in Kindred, Davenport Township, Cass County, North Dakota.-
