Mary was born on December 25th, 1690 in Thornbury Township, Chester (now Delaware) County, Pennsylvnia. Mary's father was George II Peirce and her mother was Ann Gainer. Her paternal grandparents were George Peirce and Margaret Synam; her maternal grandparents were William Gayner and Ann Jones. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Caleb I, John, Gainer, George III, Joshua, Betty, Margaret, Hannah and Ann. She died before 1748 in PA.General Notes
