Amasa Owen 
Amasa was born on March 26th, 1793. Amasa's father was Amasa Owen and his mother was Sarah Osborn. His paternal grandparents were Jonathan Owen and Patience Vallance; his maternal grandparents were John Osborn and Eunice Nichols. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Solomon, Elijah, Daniel, John, Jacob, Joseph, Delilah, Polly, Sarah H. and Eunice. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 76 on December 16th, 1869 in Stepstone,Pendleton County, Kentucky. He was buried in Linden Grove Cemetery, Covington, Kentucky.-
