Lydia Ellen was born on November 1st, 1840 in Pike County, Ohio. Lydia Ellen's father was James M. McDowell and her mother was Eliza Daniels. Her paternal grandparents were John McDowell and Catherine Hayes; her maternal grandmother was Vera la Vellier. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Levi, Allen Benton, John Daniels, Sarah Ann, Lucinda, Susan Ann, Mahalia and Mary Jane. She died at the age of 69 on June 19th, 1910 in Illinois.General Notes

ggg-grandparents through their daughter, Lydia (McDowell) McWilliams.
I'm finding discrepancies on Eliza & James' dates & locations of births,
marriage, and parents. Does anyone have any paperwork (ie birth, death,
marriage certs) to verify anything? Would also like info on Eliza's &
James' parents and/or siblings. I have much info from them and their
children down to present-if anyone nedds anything. Thanks."
