Isaac Jarrett 
Isaac was born about 1728 in Macungie, Northampton (later Lehigh County), Pennsylvania. Isaac's father was Johan Jarrett and his mother was Anna Maria. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named Edward, Samuel, Philip, William, Sebastian, Daniel, John Jr., Anna Maria, Elisabeth, Jane, Margaret and Sarah Nan. Some sources list his birth in 1727 or 1738 and his death in 1786 or June
1790. Family historians disagree as to whether his mother was Mary Lukens
or Anna Maria (Jarrett).
Mary K. Gummo (email: mks1885@@hotmail.com) reports: "Isaac Jarrett
(1738-90) served as private in Capt. Goerge Knappen-berger's company,
Col. Goerge Breinig's 2d battalion, Northampton Pennsylvania militia. He
was born and died in Pennsylvania." (DAR) Isaac's birthdate is unknown.
He was having kids by 1755, so the 1738 estimate in his DAR record is a
bit of a stretch. The History of Lehigh County lists him liable for L12
in taxes in 1762. It also says he was of French descent and died in
1786; given the date of his will, that can be taken with a grain of
salt. Isaac is the forefather of almost all of today's Lehigh Co
Jarretts, through his sons John and Henry. Isaac made his will 8 June
1790 stating he was "{weak in body" and must have died soon after, as the
will was probated in July. He divided the land into two parcels, one
going to eldest son John and the other to Daniel."
Isaac and Catherina were married in a religious ceremony in Macungie Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. They had five sons and nine daughters, named Johannes, Daniel, Jacob, Henry, Isaac, Elizabeth, Catherine, Anna Maria, Magdalena Salome, Susanna, Margaretha, Johanna, Gertrude and Lydia.

Elizabeth was born on March 7th, 1757 in Macungie, Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. She died at the age of 41 on September 24th, 1798 in Pennsylvania.
Catherine Jarrett
Catherine was born in July 1758 in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. She died at the age of 65 on September 14th, 1823 in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. She was buried on September 17th, 1823 in Lehigh Zion Lutheran, Lower Macungie, Lehigh County, PA.
Johannes Jarrett
Johannes was born on December 4th, 1759 in Macungie Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. He died at the age of 86 on June 25th, 1846 in Macungie Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. He was buried on June 28th, 1846 in Solomon Ch Cemetery, Macungie, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.
