Sarah Critton 
Sarah was born about 1783 in Hampshire County, Virginia (now West Virginia). Sarah's father was William Critton and her mother was Ann Haggerty. Her paternal grandparents were John Sr. Critton and UNKNOWN Mary. She had two brothers and a sister, named William Jr., John and Elizabeth. She was the oldest of the four children. She died in 1836 in Peoria County, Illinois.-
