Paxson Coates 
Paxson was born on June 24th, 1815 in Buckingham, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Paxson's father was William Coates and his mother was Mary Hambleton. His paternal grandfather was Thomas Coates and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth King; his maternal grandparents were Stephen Hambleton and Hannah Paxson. He has three brothers and two sisters, named William, Moses, John, Eliza and Seneca. He is the youngest of the six children.-
