William T. Chipps

William T. was born about 1838 in Missouri. William T.'s father was David H. Chipps and his mother was UNKNOWN Susanna. His paternal grandparents were Matthias Chipps and Rachel Sutton. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Ellis B., James S., Mary Elizabeth, Elleanor and Martha. He was the oldest of the six children. He died after 1870.
