Rachel Taylor 
Rachel was born in 1843 in Independence, Grayson Co., Virginia. Rachel's father is John Taylor and her mother is Lucinda Ham. She was an only child. She died at the age of 47 in 1890 in Independence, Grayson Co., Virginia.
‌Rachel and Osborn were married in a religious ceremony on September 11th, 1864 in Alleghany Co., NC. They had seven sons and two daughters, named Thomas, James Emmett, John Calvin, Rush Floyd, David, Henry Mack, Elbert Sevier, Alice and Sally.
