John Winfield Lowry 
John Winfield was born on October 24th, 1849 in Wayne Co., Ohio. John Winfield's father is Peterson Lowry and his mother is Mary Margaret Ward. His paternal grandparents were James Lowry and Rachel Peterson. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Francis Marion, Jesse CarMills, Conrad Peterson Ellsworth, Nancy Jane, Mary Catherine, Elizabeth Ellen, Melissa (Mealisa) and Emline Viola. He is the second oldest of the nine children.-
