Pepin was born in 0773 in Aachen, Prussia.  Pepin's father was Charlemagne Emperor Of The Holy Roman and his mother was Hildegard Princess Of Alemannien.  His paternal grandparents were Pepin King Of France and Bertrada Queen Of France; his maternal grandparents were Gerold Count Vinzgau and Duke Allemania and Imma Duchess Of Swabia. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Charles, Louis I "The Pious", Lothaire, Adbelahide, Rotrude, Bertha, Gisaele and Hildegarde.  He was the second oldest of the nine children. He had four half-brothers and seven half-sisters, and also a half-sibling of unknown gender, named Drogo, Hugues "L'Abbb", Thierry "the Monk", Pepin "the Hunch, Theodrade, Hiltrude, Rotrude, Adaltrude, Adbelinda, Gertrude, Alpaide and Rothais.  He died in Milan, Italy.

‌Pepin and Bertha Queen were married in a religious ceremony in 0795.  They had a son and five daughters, named Bernard, Adbelaihide, Adaele, Gundrade, Bertraide and Theodrate.
