Malory was born on February 3rd, 1874 in Graysville, Monroe Co., Ohio. Malory's father was Philip Hall and his mother was Rebecca Ann Gatten. His paternal grandparents are George Hall and Margaret Shaffer; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Gatten and Mary Woodford. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named George Harry, Charles Maywood, Blanche, Lenora (Nora Lee), Margaret (Maggie), Pearl Ethel, Zelma Mae, Ora C. and Imaldilla (Annadilla). He died at the age of 89 on August 8th, 1963 in Ontario, Richland Co., Ohio.-
