Mary Gatten 
Mary was born in 1824. Mary's father was Thomas Gatten and her mother was Eleanor Meeks. Her paternal grandparents were William Benjamin Gatten and Sarah Murphy. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Richard Ellis, Samuel, James Ralston, Thomas Gatten, Precious Ann, Elizabeth, Eleanor, Sarah Jane and Nancy. She was the fourth youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 79 in 1903.-
