Geoffrey was born about 1288 in Burford, Shropshire, England. Geoffrey's father was Richard Plantagenet and his mother is Joan Saint Owen. His paternal grandparents were Richard Prince of England and Sancha Countess Of Provence; his maternal grandfather is John Saint Owen. He had three brothers and a sister, named Edmund, Richard De John, William and Joan. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died in 1335.-
