Jesse Calvin was born on November 17th, 1877 in MN. Jesse Calvin's father was William Gatton Coen and his mother was Lydia Ressler. His paternal grandparents were Levi Coen and Sarah Elizabeth Gatton; his maternal grandparents were Jacob Ressler and Caroline Geedy. He had six brothers and four sisters, and also two siblings of unknown gender, named Samuel Arther, Jacob Eldon, William Steven, Benjammin Franklin, Leonard Adam, Abideen Evert, Mary Ellen, Lydia Armettie, Ada Mabel, Ida Rose, UNKNOWN and UNKNOWN. He was the fifth oldest of the thirteen children. He died in Nebraska.-
