Louisa POLK 
Louisa was born in 1787 in Of, Tryon, North Carolina. Louisa's father was Ezekiel Franklin POLK and her mother was Mary Winslow WILSON. Her paternal grandparents were William POLK and Margaret TAYLOR; her maternal grandparents were Samuel WILSON and Mary WINSLOW. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Samuel, John, William Wilson, Matilda Golden, Clarissa and Mary. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 82 on December 20th, 1869 in Bolivar, Hardeman Co., Tn.General Notes
