Jane M. was born about 1800 in Kinderhook, Columbia , New York.1 Jane M.'s father was Peter Krum and her mother was Sarah Trowbridge. Her paternal grandfather was Peter Krum; her maternal grandparents were Abel Trowbridge and Anne Mosier. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Hendrik, Abel, John Marshall, Hiram F., Anna Eliza, Fanny, Sarah and Catherine. She was the oldest of the nine children. She died after 1886.1 -
