John Montgomery Anderson 
John Montgomery was born on March 8th, 1805 in Hanover County, Virginia. John Montgomery's father was John Anderson and his mother was Mary Trevilian. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Anderson and Frances Jones Harrod; his maternal grandmother was Sophia Terry. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Thomas Bates, Edmund Monroe, Prof. Harrod John, Horace Franklin, Sophia Trevilian, Eliza, Mary Trevilian, Frances Virginia and Lucy Ann. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children.-
