John Anderson 
John was born on May 3rd, 1767 in Liverpool, England. John's father was Thomas Anderson and his mother was Frances Jones Harrod. He had a brother named Matthew. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 63 on December 4th, 1830 in Pleasant Level, Hanover County, Virginia.
They had five sons and five daughters, named Thomas Bates, Edmund Monroe, Prof. Harrod John, John Montgomery, Horace Franklin, Sophia Trevilian, Eliza, Mary Trevilian, Frances Virginia and Lucy Ann.
