Judge Gardner Terry 
Judge Gardner was born on June 17th, 1884 in Perry County,Indiana. Judge Gardner's father was Judge Emery Terry and his mother was Margaret Jane Walters. His paternal grandparents were Elias Terry and Eleanor Sandage; his maternal grandparents were Adam Walters and Annara Cunningham. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Marquis Mayfield, Russel E., Herschel Leslie, Lester Faye, Cordelia May, Leora Gertrude, Virginia Annara, Elsie Bertha, Ola Charity, Cora Ellen and Ethia Dell. He died at the age of 83 on July 28th, 1967 in Homer,Champaign County,Illinois. He was buried in Mayview Cemetery.General Notes
In World War I in France. Possibly he was also in the Spanish American War as Virginia has a picture of him in a uniform that is not of the WW l era.
