Charles William Sligh 
Charles William was born on May 12th, 1856.1 Charles William's father was Emmanuel S. Sligh and his mother was Sarah D. "Sallie" Glymph. His maternal grandparents were Lemuel Glymph and Sarah Kinard. He had six brothers and five sisters, named John Lemuel, Thomas Edward, Henry Middleton, James Pickney, Gustavus Beauregard, Robert Lee, Elma, Sara "Sallie" Elma, Nora Ella, Ada C. and Minnie F.. He was the second oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 71 on August 9th, 1927.1 -
