Miles Sandage 
Miles was born on November 17th, 1832 in Perry County,Indiana. Miles' father was Thomas Sandage and his mother was Rachel Terry. His paternal grandparents were Nathan Sandage and Mary Canady; his maternal grandparents were John Terry and Esther Brown. He had six brothers and three sisters, named John, Jesse, Charles, Elias, Elihew Halsom, Elijah, Mariah, Esther and Rachel. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Nathan, Moses, Thomas, William Canady, Daniel, Frances, Eleanor and Mary B.. He died at the age of 77 in 1909 in Perry County,Indiana.-
