Esther Brown 
Esther was born about 1762 in Augusta County,Virginia. Esther's father was Thomas Brown and her mother was Mary Terry. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Brown and Esther Harris; her maternal grandparents were William Terry and UNKNOWN Rachel. She had a brother named Thomas. She was the younger of the two children. She died on September 30th, 1848 in Perry County,Indiana.
Esther and John were married in a religious ceremony on February 2nd, 1781 in Botetourt County,Virginia. They had five sons and four daughters, named John, William, Elisha, Elias, Thomas, Sally, Esther, Rachel and Elizabeth.

William Terry
William was born on November 7th, 1785 in Hawkins County,Tennessee. He died at the age of 83 on May 15th, 1869.
Rachel Terry
Rachel was born in 1804 in Botetourt County,Virginia. She died at the age of 64 on July 29th, 1868 in Anderson Twp.,Perry County,Indiana.
Elias Terry
Elias was born on September 15th, 1807 in Botetourt County,Virginia. He died at the age of 87 in 1894 in Perry County,Indiana. He was buried in Covy Cemetery,Perry County,Indiana.
Thomas Terry
Thomas was born in 1814 in Perry County,Indiana. He died at the age of 39 in 1853 in Perry County,Indiana.
