Lula Mae was born on July 14th, 1888 in Lehigh,Jasper Co.,MO. Lula Mae's father was John Douglas Pierson and her mother was Elizabeth Crummel. Her paternal grandparents were John Moneta Pierson and Clarissa Sarah Herriman. She had a brother and a sister, named Dee Witt and Ossie. She had four half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named Mack Roy, Son (stillborn), Arthur Lee, John Earl, Daisy (twin) Jewell, Girl (stillborn), Ethel C., Rosa Lee, Hazel Evelyn, Golda Pearl and Juanita Oleata. She died at the age of 85 on January 30th, 1974 in Baxter Springs,Cherokee,Kansas.-
