Edward Richard Kemmis 
Edward Richard was born on November 7th, 1856 in of Corrigeen,Offerlane,Leix,Ireland. Edward Richard's father was George Kemmis Reverend and his mother was Caroline Olphert. His paternal grandparents were William Kemmis and Ellen Mansergh. He had six brothers and two sisters, named William, John Olphert, Thomas, George, Henry Marcus, Arthur, Anna Benjamina and Caroline. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 20 on January 8th, 1877 in (sp),Natal.General Notes
