*Silas Keeler 
*Silas was born on February 26th, 1777 in Ridgefield,Norwalk,CT. *Silas' father was *John Keeler Jr. and his mother was *Patty Olmstead. His paternal grandparents were *John (Sr) Keeler and *Sarah Northrup; his maternal grandparents were Silas , ( poss parent) Olmstead and Abigail , (poss parent) De Forest. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Gamaliel, Caleb, Lewis, Asa, Sarah, Abigail, Laurina and Anna. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 67 on June 2nd, 1844 in Mentz,Cayaga,NY.-
