William Henry Herbert Major-Gene 
William Henry was born on February 8th, 1834 in ,Welshpool,Montgomeryshire,Wales and his baptism took place there on April 16th, 1834. William Henry's father was Edward |Clive| Herbert Earl of Po and his mother was Lucy Graham Lady. His paternal grandparents were Edward Clive Earl of Po and Henrietta Antonia Herbert. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Edward James, Percy Egerton, George, Robert Charles, Lucy Caroline, Charlotte Elizabeth, Harriet Emily and Harriet Jane. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 74 on January 29th, 1909.General Notes
