Charlotte Elizabeth was born on February 6th, 1821 in of Oakley Park,Newtown,Montgomeryshire,Wales and her baptism took place on April 7th, 1821 in ,Welshpool,Montgomeryshire,Wales. Charlotte Elizabeth's father was Edward |Clive| Herbert Earl of Po and her mother was Lucy Graham Lady. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Clive Earl of Po and Henrietta Antonia Herbert. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Edward James, Percy Egerton, George, Robert Charles, William Henry, Lucy Caroline, Harriet Emily and Harriet Jane. She was the third oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 85 on May 15th, 1906 in Lowndes Sq,Westminster,Middlesex,England.General Notes
