William Herbert Reverend 
William was born on January 12th, 1778 in of,Highclere,Hampshire,England. William's father was Henry Herbert *E Caernar and his mother was Elizabeth Alicia Maria Wyndham Lady. His paternal grandparents were William Herbert Earl of Pe and Catherine Elizabeth Tewes. He had five brothers and a sister, named Henry George, Charles, Percy, George, Algernon and Frances. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 69 on May 28th, 1847.General Notes
