Charles Frederick was born on February 25th, 1819 in of,Highclere,Hampshire,England. Charles Frederick's father was William Herbert Reverend and his mother was Letitia Dorothea Allen. His paternal grandparents were Henry Herbert *E Caernar and Elizabeth Alicia Maria Wyndham Lady.
