Henry Herbert *E Caernar 
Henry was born on August 20th, 1741 in of,Highclere,Hampshire,England. Henry's father was William Herbert Earl of Pe and his mother was Catherine Elizabeth Tewes. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Herbert Earl of Pe and Margaret Sawyer. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Charles, William, Georgina, Caroline Robert and Catherine.
