William Preston Young 
William Preston was born on August 2nd, 1800 in ,Bourbon County,KY.1 William Preston's father was Robert Young and his mother was Margaret Cochran. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Young and Jane Haynes. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John Cochran, Samuel, Robert Cochran, Ambrose Dudley, Susan and Malinda.
