Robert Young 
Robert was born in 1787. Robert's father was James Young and his mother was Mary Guyn. His maternal grandparents were Robert Guyn and Jane Raburn. He had three brothers and five sisters, named John M., James S., George Washington, Nancy, Mary, Martha J., Eliza and Matilda. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died about 1813.General Notes
Robert & Sarah are listed in 1810 Clark Co Ky census as born between 1784-94. The will of Sarah's grandfather dated 1778 list her so she must have been born before 1778. I am listing her as such. this brings a delimna on Robert. did he marry a girl 10 years his senior or is he likewise born about 1778. If he is born abt 1778 he can't be son of Mary Gwin.
Appeared to have remained in Clark County, KY. He also preceded his father in death, according to James' will. Listed in 1810 Clark County census (26-44) as having 1 son (<10) and 1 daughter (<10) with a wife (26-44). He owned no slaves.
Death date based on disappearance from Clark County, KY census. They had a inventory of his estate filed in Clark CO,KY 14 Aug 1813. John M Young then filed estate settlement papers on 26 day 1829. The settlement mentions a trip to Missouri on Bussiness of Robert's estate. Robert died without a will leaving a debt owed of $252.
