Nancy was born on January 3rd, 1807 in ,Fayette County,KY.1 Nancy's father was John Young and her mother was Cynthia McCullough. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Young and Jane Haynes. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named Archibald, Samuel, Lawson, John, William L., Thomas, Robert, Jane, Elizabeth and Lucinda. She was the youngest of the eleven children. She had a half-brother named James Rankin. She died at the age of 24 on April 21st, 1831 in Winchester,,MO. She was buried in ,Fayette,KY.1 1 -
