Jacob Whetzell

Jacob was born on September 16th, 1765 in Shenandoah,VA.  Jacob's father was Johannes Martin Whetzel and his mother was Maria Barbara Bonnet.  His paternal grandparents were Martin Whetzel and UNKNOWN Susan; his maternal grandparents were Jean Bonnet and Anna Desreau. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Martin, George, Lewis, John, Eva, Susannah Lucy and Christina.  He died at the age of 61 on July 2nd, 1827.

‌Jacob and Ruhama were married in a religious ceremony on December 8th, 1795.
