George Whetzel

George was born in 1761 in Shenandoah,VA.  George's father was Johannes Martin Whetzel and his mother was Maria Barbara Bonnet.  His paternal grandparents were Martin Whetzel and UNKNOWN Susan; his maternal grandparents were Jean Bonnet and Anna Desreau. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Martin, Lewis, Jacob, John, Eva, Susannah Lucy and Christina.  He died at the age of 27 in 1788.
