Frances Phipps 
Frances was born on May 20th, 1879 in Owen,IN. Frances' father was Washington Hamilton PHIPPS and her mother was Maria Louisa Morris. Her maternal grandparents were William Godfrey Morris and Frances Gordon. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Herschel Matthew, Homer, Cary P., Fayetta Mae and Minetta Belle. She was the youngest of the six children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William Theodore, Mary Adelle, Margaret and Rosanana E. She died at the age of 82 on February 21st, 1962 in Indianapolis,Marion,IN. She was buried in Barnes Cemetery,Freedom,Owen,IN.-
