Allen Pherigo

Allen was born about 1840.  Allen's father was Jacob Pherigo and his mother was Martha Ann HANKINS.  His maternal grandparents were William HANKINS and Elizabeth McCARTY. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John W., Joseph A., Sarah E. and Melissa.  He was the second oldest of the five children.
