Franklin Pierce Phegley

Franklin Pierce was born on March 12th, 1897. Franklin Pierce's father was William Phegley and his mother was Allie Mae Toothman. His maternal grandparents were John Frank TOOTHMAN and Rosannah Louisa Evans. He had a brother and two sisters, named Arthur Henry, Rosa Elizabeth and Ina Lucille. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 66 on May 31st, 1963.
