His paternal grandparents were William Godfrey Morris and Nancy Young; his maternal grandparents were Daniel KECK and Priscilla CHEW. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Daniel T., Willis G., Clark, Allen M., Riley Benjamin, Greenlee, Mary Annie, Ellen, Annie, Elda and Dora. He was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 90 on February 7th, 1947 in Colorado Springs,CO.General Notes
