Absolem HANKINS

Absolem was born about 1792 in KY.  Absolem's father was Joseph Hankins and his mother was Nancy Cain. He had five brothers and three sisters, named William, John, Moses, Joseph, Aaron, Elizabeth, Rebecca and Edith Ann.  He was the second oldest of the nine children.  He died after 1860.

‌Absolem and Catherine were married in a religious ceremony on April 5th, 1814 in Jefferson,IN.  They had three sons and two daughters, named Nicholas, Erastus, Charles Lanham, Eliza and Nancy.
