Chaulkys Page 449.--15th June, 1770. Joseph Gwin and Mary to his brother,
Robert Gwin, Ð70, 120 acres, part of 544 acres belonging to Robert Gwin,
Sr., by patent on Great Calfpasture between tract where Moses McElvain
now dwells and John Graham's land, conveyed by Robert Gwin, Jr., to
said Joseph Gwin, 21st June, 1763, and now conveyed back to said Robert;
corner John Graham. Delivered: Joseph Reaburn, March, 1775.

Joseph & Mary Jane (Kincaid) Gwin's actual son Joseph died in 1848 in
Augusta and he is the father of at least the following Gwin/Guinns who
showed up in Tippecanoe co Indiana in the 1830s thru 1850s: Robert Guinn,
Eleanor Tate Gwin (md. Cyrus McKamey), Jane Gwin (md. Alexander Hawkins),
Martha (md. William F. Baker) and William (md. Ruth Jane Brinkley).
Joseph's will does not give his daughters' married names, but the land he
left them in Tippecanoe county can be proved that they later owned it under
their married names
