Thomas Gwin 
Thomas was born in 1761 in ,Augusta,VA. Thomas' father was Robert Gwin and his mother was Jane Or Jean Kinkead. His paternal grandfather was ? Gwin; his maternal grandparents were David Kinkead and Winneford Hobson. He had six brothers and two sisters, named David, James, Robert, Joseph, Samuel, Simon, Nell and Agnes. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 57 in 1818 in Clark,KY.General Notes

I Thomas Guin of Clarke County and state of Kentucky being weak of Body but of sound mind and memory and calling to mind the mortality of the body and Knowing it is appointed once for men to dye do give my worly estate in the manner and form as following that is to say first of all, Item I give my land unto my beloved wife Sarah Guin with all my horses stock cattle sheep hogs houshold and Kitchen furniture all so my crop corn wheat that is on the ground with my farming utensils with all bonds notes of ????? to her forever. Item after her death my wish and Desire is that the land to be sold and the ballance to of my estate be Equally divided between my three children Lovi Lusk Nancy Jacob Thomas Guin and lastly I do nominate John Jacob my executor in witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 24 day of July 1816.
