John Jackson Crockett

John Jackson was born on December 28th, 1817. John Jackson's father was John Drake Crockett and his mother was Jane Cartmill. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Crockett and Mary Drake. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Alexander, Eli, James, Robert, Elijah, Cartmill, Carlisle, Nancy Mary, Julia Ann and Margaret. He was the third youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 71 on September 28th, 1889 in ,Ralls,MO.

‌John Jackson and Janella were married in a religious ceremony in 1843. They had three sons and five daughters, named James Philip, Albert, Alfred, Mary Ann, Jemima, Sarah M., Janella M. and Emma.
