John Drake was born in 1769. John Drake's father was Alexander Crockett and his mother was Mary Drake. His paternal grandparents were Robert Watkins Crockett and UNKNOWN Margaret. He had a brother and four sisters, named Robert, Margaret, Elizabeth, Martha and Mary. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 66 in 1835 in ,Ralls,MO.
